The X-Bio Line skillfully combines advanced production systems and technological innovative materials in order to reach the benefits of the latest scientific research in the mattress industry. The high-performance fibers in terms of breathability and moisture management, such as Coolmax and Air Mesh, are combined with the latest generation of yarns and with special micro-conductors, positioned strategically on the surface of the coating, called Power Channels, which produce excellent levels of breathability, thermoregulation, hygroscopicity and hygiene.

X-BIO COOLMAX

Every time the ideal microclima is alterated during the sleep, for example when it is hot or humid, our sleep will be disturbed. To maintain the temperature at a constant level the body sweats to cool off and will do so by taking advantage of its thermal energy.

The X-BIO COOLMAX coating was created with a winning combination of two fibers: COOLMAX and AIRMESH and guarantees high levels of hygiene, assence of moisture in the mattress, has anti-mite and antibacterial functions and improves blood circulation.

COOLMAX – Is the leading fiber in managing moisture. Unlike traditional cotton it allows a rapid air flow and a more efficient evaporation.
AIRMESH – Due to its three-demensional structure it allows air to circulate and increases comfort. While a part of the sweat evaporates, another part is channeled into special micro-conductors positioned on the surface of the fabric, the POWER CHANNELS, which trasport the sweat from higher concentration areas to lower concentration areas along the entire surface of the mattress so that a part of the sweat is absorbed by the cooler part of the skin.

BIO-CERAMIC is currently one of the most valuable material that can be found in the world of fabrics. Thanks to its ability to naturally reflect FIR “Far Infraded Rays”, this fabric has unique characteristics favourable for health, thermoregulation and for a beneficial sleep.

how it works

The BIO-CERAMIC fiber has a THERMOREGULATING POWER, through its fibers it absorbs thermal energy and heat from both the body and the environment until they are saturated. Afterwards they release the heat in a controlled and gradual manner. The outer breathable layer avoids excessive sweating or cooling of all parts of the body and in all seasons.
Thanks to its REFLECTING POWER on the other hand, it is able to reproduce the FIR released by the sun: the body heat is absorbed by the yarn and it is then returned in the form of FIR rays able to penetrate the skin subcutaneous layers and stimulate the microcirculatory system by strengthening the metabolism, optimizing the role of water appearing in every biological process. As a result the intracellular and extracellular exchange and the NUTRITION, OXYGENATION and DETOXIFICATION processes are improved. X-BIO ARTIC

how it is made

The X-BIO ARTIC fabric contains flat shaped, inorganic micro particles that form channels through which sweat passes more easily. Furthermore, they are joined by a special compound that is activated in case of moisture, thus generating a cooling effect.

how it works

This fabric through its cooling effect, amplifies the effects of sweating, because the sweat activates the refrigerant agent present in the fabric. The cooling effect lasts until sweating and body temperature return back to the ideal levels for a good rest.
The combination of the cooling effect of the ARTIC yarn and the action of the POWER CHANNELS, generate a double action: it cools the body and reduces the body’s thermal energy needed for thermoregulation, for a fresher and regenerating sleep.
